D and D, Therapeutic?

So, recently, I started a D & D group with my friends. I learned that D & D is really not as complicated as everyone thinks, ESPECIALLY if you have a Dungeon Master who will explain everything to you, and will be patient when you screw up (which I do all too frequently...) But the strangest thing I found out is that D&D is actually sort of therapeutic, or at least introspective.

Standardized Testing...

I'm (probably) recovering the plaque of standerdized testing that has recently swept my school. Just the word makes me shudder...
Now, since it is a standerdized test, it wasn't very hard, which makes kit worse than if it was actually difficult. I'm pretty sure some of my brain cells died in the 2-3 hour silence that followed.
I tried to read; I couldn't find a comfortable position to sit and focus on my book. Plus, I was reading the DaVinci Code, and I had already seen the movie, so the book was pretty much ruined for me anyway.
